Our Mission

Our mission is to provide students and their parents with a proven methodology to identify the best fitting schools and to successfully complete the college application process.

Using a highly personalized one-on-one approach, we bring organization and clarity to what is often a daunting and overwhelming experience, allowing students to present themselves with confidence.

Results Focused and Process Driven

The college application process is nothing more than a call to students and parents for organization. It requires the applicant to present, in a standardized fashion, his or her academic and extracurricular accomplishments, work experience, and unique personality attributes. Because of its many steps, however, and the pressure parents and students often associate with it, the college application can certainly feel daunting and somewhat overwhelming. Plus, presenting oneself in the best possible light (and the essay component has a lot to do with this!) can be a big challenge.

Morgan Stewart has been helping students put their best selves forward for years. A graduate of Yale University, she’s accustomed to meeting high academic and professional standards and encourages her students to reach for their own success. Having a master’s degree in adolescent psychology helps Morgan connect with each individual on a personal level, which provides her the insight required to compile a list of best-fitting schools, hone in on compelling essay topics, and motivate each student to complete the entire application ethically and with integrity.

morganFounder and President

Morgan Stewart graduated from Yale University in 2002 with a B.A. in Political Science. While at Yale, Morgan led and coordinated a tutoring program for inner city students, volunteered in the pediatrics wing of the Yale-New Haven Hospital, chaired the Freshperson Conference orientation program, and was managing editor of her residential college yearbook.

In 2002, Morgan moved to Washington, DC, to work for U.S. Senator Susan M. Collins as a legislative aide on policy issues related to the environment and global energy. While working on Capitol Hill, Morgan also tutored elementary, middle and high school students and offered college consulting services to high school juniors and seniors as a second job.

In 2005, Morgan began her graduate work at American University and received her M.A. in Adolescent Psychology in 2007. While in graduate school, Morgan continued to tutor and offer standardized test prep and college admissions guidance to high school students in the Washington, DC, metro area.

Having achieved abundant success with her students, she decided to start her own college admissions consulting business. Within Reach Educational Consultants was established in 2007 in Washington, DC, and expanded to Denver, CO, in 2008. Morgan genuinely enjoys empowering students to define and reach their academic and life goals, and she has had impressive results with each of her students.

In addition to serving as the Founder and President of Within Reach Educational Consultants, Morgan belongs to Ladies Who Launch, Women in Business at The Denver Athletic Club, and The Colorado Yale Association.
